I retain all rights to my artwork.

I am allowed to use the commissions I've done for you as samples and portfolio pieces.

DO NOT claim as yours / trace / copy / edit my art.

I have the right to decline your commission request if I'm unable to draw it.

Unless discussed, all commissions are assumed to be for personal use, NOT commercial use.

It is strictly forbidden to use my artwork for NFT / cryptocurrency / other blockchain contents and AI imaging websites or any other AI related programs.

+100~200% of total price for commercial use (eg. Twitch, YouTube, merchandize, etc.)

Commission art for VTuber character used on streaming platform counts as commercial use.

Using your commission art as a profile picture / phone or PC wallpaper / printing for yourself (not for sale) refers to personal use.

100% prepayment via PayPal invoice within 48 hours after I accept your commission, unless we have discussed a payment plan.

All payments must be in USD.

Payment plan is possible to set for all orders, but until the full payment is not completed, you will not receive the full resolution files nor the rights to use it in any way.

If you fail to complete the payment plan and drop your purchase, no money will be refund.

Refund is available if I haven't started working on your commission.

Turn-around time is 3-10 weeks, depending on the amount of work and my life circumstances.

Priority commissions with a specific deadline can be requested for a priority fee.

WIPs (work in process) will be sent for the sketching, coloring and rendering phases.

Any revisions can be made during the sketching and coloring phase.

You can not have any revisions made to your commission when it's finished, so please give me detailed feedback on the previous steps.

I will send a full resolution non-watermarked version of your commission only to you.

I can upload the finished art to my social media with watermark on.

You may upload the commission to any of your social media platforms with proper credit to me as the artist.

You can request a certain timeframe for the commission to be uploaded to my socials.

I may post WIPs of your commission to my socials (Twitter, Instagram), if you wish for me to not do so, please let me know when placing an order.

You can request a certain timeframe for the commission to be uploaded to my socials. There will be an additional fee (~10% of total amount) for keeping the commission private for minimum 1 month (for example, before the debut).

The commission can become private for extra 50% of the total price. This way it will not be ever published on any of my social media.
